How to Cook the Perfect Ribeye Steaks

Remove your sirloin from the packaging, place on a chopping board and pat it dry.
Slide your sirloin into cuts that are roughly two fingers thick, weighing around 330g each.
Coat each side of your cuts generously with salt.
Heat your pan up to a medium heat.
Once it's up to temperature, add butter to the pan and allow it to melt.
cook for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on either side for rare to medium-rare.
