Cooking a Delicious Whole Rump Roast

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees.
Place your rump in a roasting tray and coat your rump in 2 teaspoons of salt and black pepper.
Heat a pan to high heat, and add olive oil.
Once it's to temperature, sear each side of the cut for 2 1/2 minutes.
Place back into the tray, and add your vegetable or beef stock to the tray until it fills roughly an inch. Cover with foil.
Cook for 1hr for rare to medium-rare, and 1hr 10m for medium-rare to meduim.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
