A simple guide to help you cook your Boneless Turkey Breast.
On the day of roasting, remove all external packaging, pat dry, and bring to room temperature.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees for fan-assisted oven or 210 degrees for ovens without a fan.
Melt 50g of butter on a saucepan or microwave, add 10g of sea salt and combine.
Brush the turkey breast with the melted butter, then place it on a roasting tray and roast for 20 min. After this reduce the heat to 160/170 degrees, and continue to roast for an additional 1hr 30min.
Remove from the oven, keep covered with kitchen foil and leave to rest for at least 30 min before carving.
