This is a wonderful cut of meat. It is expensive, but the taste justifies this. Very flavoursome. In terms of cooking, be careful not to overcook. I use an iron skillet pan, which is my go to for steaks and this worked very well here. Well done Fazenda’s. I now just have to save up my pennies for another!
