When half of the meat consist of fat not what I considered I would be getting when I ordered such an expensive piece of meat really disappointed not worth it

As you might have seen in all images both in our product page and also in our recipes and cooking guides featuring picanha, it's a cut that on top has a layer of fat. This layer is usually 1.5+/- centimetres thick. This fat helps pack in flavour and moisture during the cooking process of this cut.
