A really stunning set in a lovely presentation box. The wine set arrive really quickly, unfortunately one of the glasses was smashed. I sent an email in the evening and had a reply an hour later and a new glass despatched next morning. The glass arrived Christmas Eve in perfect condition and was wrapped with the rest of the set. The service from ordering, delivery and customer services has been absolutely outstanding and I won’t hesitate to order again.
