Golden Caprice is the very best of our Galician Blonde beef selection. Only the best loins from the Galician Blond breed are selected as part of this range.

A truly special breed, with the cattle being at least 12 years old, it has incredible fat infiltration. Its hues are yellow due to their diet and pastures, and can even taste sweet at times.

Dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers for 50 days, this premium cut is nothing short of exquisite.

The Chuleta cut is normally Sirloin or Ribeye and are kept bone-in to enhance the flavours and juices during the cooking process.

Delicious. It had a great depth of flavour.

Delighted you enjoyed this chuleta, Craig. It is a special cut and that ageing process offers a depth of flavour to it indeed. Thank you for taking the time to review it! - Natalia
