A truly special breed, with the cattle being at least 12 years old, it has incredible fat infiltration. Its hues are yellow due to their diet and pastures, and can even taste sweet at times.
Dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers for 50 days, this premium cut is nothing short of exquisite.
The Chuleta cut is normally Sirloin or Ribeye and are kept bone-in to enhance the flavours and juices during the cooking process.
