Ideal for slow cooking, braising or smoking on the barbecue, they have an intense flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Exceptional fat infiltration with yellow hues due to the animals' diet and pastures, offer an array of deep flavours which can even taste sweet at times.
Exclusive to the north of Spain, this particular breed are 100% grass-fed, with cows being at least 10 years of age.
