When it comes to suckling pigs, there is no finer meat in the world than the traditional Spanish Cochinillo.
The soft and tender meat melts in your mouth whilst the crispy crackling will delight the senses with every forkful. These suckling pigs are kept with their mothers up to a maximum of 21 days. This is the only farming method that stays true to the traditional practices from which the name suckling pig has derived.

How to defrost if needed: Place your whole suckling pig in the refrigerator to begin the thawing process. After a couple of hours, you will be able to remove the packaging and allow the suckling pig to defrost at a temperature between 2 to 4 degrees for 12 to 24 hours.
